About this website
This website provides general information about OddLot Society, the categories we may sell, and the types of items or lots we may review for purchase. The website is not currently an online checkout or live inventory catalogue.
Item categories and availability
References to trading cards, collectables, retro games, media, clearance stock, surplus stock, retail bargains or odd lots describe broad categories only. Stock changes, quantities may be limited, and no item is guaranteed to be available unless confirmed by OddLot Society.
Buyer enquiries
Submitting a product or buyer enquiry does not create a sale, reservation, lay-by, hold, quote or supply agreement. We may respond with available information, but any sale terms, price, condition details, payment method, delivery, collection or handover arrangement must be confirmed separately.
Seller enquiries
Submitting a seller enquiry does not create a purchase agreement or require OddLot Society to buy your items. Seller enquiries are also subject to our Seller Terms, including ownership, condition, authenticity, prohibited item and handover requirements.
Product descriptions
We aim to describe items honestly and clearly. Many goods may be second-hand, vintage, clearance, mixed-condition, incomplete or limited-run items. Condition, inclusions, known faults and other important details should be checked before completing a purchase.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded. For customer remedies, see our Returns & Refunds page.
Website use
You must not misuse this website, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, or use the form to send spam or unlawful material.
